Brentwood Padel Club

Court Bookings

There are 2 ways to make a Padel booking. Both are available to book to all registered players via the club website (padel123.co.uk) or the Brentwood Padel Club App.

1/ 'Book a Court' - This option allows you to reserve a court for a 90 minute session. You will pay for the whole court booking. If you have subscribed to the club membership option your court fee will be reduced to allow for your discount. The system will assume all other players are non-members and charge the appropriate rate. Therefore, if other subscribed members are also due to play on the booking, please add them at the same time to ensure the correct rate is applied.

This booking can be cancelled in full no less than 48 hours before its start time. Less than 48 hours there is no cancellation option unless the club's Weather Policy takes effect. Should a cancellation be permitted, any payment made will be credited to the App account to use for future services at BPC.

2/ 'Open Matches' - This option allows you to either set-up or join another player's match. 'Open Matches' are often set-up with player's ratings. The rating level set will determine who can join the match. Only players with ratings within the rating parameters set will be able to join. When joining an 'Open Match' you will only pay for your participation (corner). You can cancel your participation in a match no less than 48 hours prior to the start time. If you wish to leave with less than 48 hours you can opt to find a replacement and advertise this in the club WhatsApp group. If your match does not complete (4 players), it will automatically cancel 1 hour before the scheduled start time.  Any payments will be credited to the relevant player's App account.

'Open Matches' are a great way to find other players at the club and help to ensure a competitive and even game. Please ask at reception about joining Club Rating Sessions.

The Club reserves the right to cancel incomplete 'Open Matches' at any time to ensure the best possible court availability for all players. There will be additional scrutiny for 'Open Matches' arranged at peak times.
