This is a 40 minute fitness bootcamp aimed at helping padel players loose weight, get fitter, get stronger, improve mobility and core strength.

The most important factor is to have fun whilst exercising.

This is a great way to meet new people and improve your mental and physical wellbeing as well as see your on court game improve.

** Sessions are 40 minutes **

Friday Morning

10am Group 1 - This session will commence at 10am and finish at 10.40am

10.30am Group 2 - This session will commence at 10.45am and finish at 11.25am
